About the event

Join in-person at the Campbell Co. Public Library, Newport Branch or virtually via Zoom. While governance in Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties rests with each county’s respective fiscal court, day-to-day operations are overseen by the three county administrators: Campbell County’s Matt Elberfeld, Boone County’s Matthew Webster, and Kenton County’s Joe Shriver. Each administrator works closely with his county’s judge-executive (who is the county’s top elected official) to oversee the programs and departments of county government. The Northern Kentucky Forum is hosting a morning café with the three administrators to give citizens the opportunity to learn more about the public servants holding these important and influential positions. Attendees will hear from Elberfeld, Webster and Shriver. They’ll also take questions from our moderator and from the audience. We’ll explore not only what county government looks like from the inside, but also what our county administrator consider their top priorities and top challenges.
