Creating a Welcoming Workforce

Individuals with disabilities are unemployed or under-employed at disproportionately high rates.  How can we create a more welcoming more inclusive workforce?

This program is just one of many that are occuring in the community in support of Ensemble Theater and NEA's Big Read program.  Ensemble Theater and their partner organizations will be leading conversations surrounding the book "Sitting Pretty" by Rebekah Taussing.
